Each of our customers will be assigned a dedicated Account Executive who will liaise between our factory & our Clients. The Account Executive will handle pre-order planning, quotation, sample authorization, production supervision & logistic control from our factory to our client.

Customer Service Enquiries are handled by either our Asia Sales Office in China or our International Sales Office in Richmond, BC. Because of the time zone difference between China and North America, our Customer Service departments can address client enquiries from 0800 to 0200 Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) or 1100 to 0500 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Your Account Executive, if required, can also assist in the design & customization of your Oxo-biodegradable packaging solutions. From pre-production planning to Graphics & Printing design, we strive to maximize your Return on Investment in our line of Oxo-biodegradable plastic packaging solutions.
